Monitor your platform usage across all services and agents.

The Usage page gives you visibility into your workspace's resource consumption. Filter by time range using 7D, 30D, 90D, All, or a Custom date range.

Summary Metrics

Four cards show your top-level consumption at a glance:

  • Total Requests — the number of API requests made across all agents in the selected period
  • Voice Minutes — total voice session duration consumed
  • Storage — total knowledge base storage used across all assets
  • Active Agents — the number of agents that had at least one session in the selected period

Service Breakdown

The Service Breakdown table shows consumption broken down by service category. Each row includes the category name, number of requests, input tokens, output tokens, duration, and storage used. When there is no activity in the selected period the table shows no service usage.
