DocsIntegrations

Integrations

Connect Veloquence to your existing tools. Pull data into your knowledge base, trigger actions, and automate workflows.

Veloquence integrates with third-party services in two ways: importing content into your agent's knowledge base, and performing actions through the AskVelo.

Knowledge Base Imports

Pull content from external tools directly into your agent's knowledge base. Imported content is automatically processed so your agent can reference it during conversations.

  • Google Docs — Import documents from your Google Drive.
  • Google Drive — connect your Google Drive to sync entire folders. Select which folders to sync from the Google Drive tab in your Knowledge Base. Veloquence monitors connected folders and flags updated content for Curate review automatically.
  • Notion — connect your Notion workspace to sync pages and databases. Browse and select specific pages or databases from the Notion tab in your Knowledge Base. Updates to connected Notion content are flagged for Curate review automatically.
You can import from these services in the Knowledge Base page in your workspace sidebar — your Knowledge Base integration tabs to choose which content to sync.

Composio (via AskVelo)

Through the AskVelo, you can connect to 100+ third-party services via Composio. Authenticate with OAuth or an API key, then ask Veloquence to perform actions on your behalf — like creating a task in your project management tool or sending a message in Slack.

Popular services include GitHub, Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, and Google Calendar.

Composio actions are performed by the AskVelo in your dashboard — not by your customer-facing agents during visitor conversations.
