DocsSharing & Embedding

Sharing & Embedding

Deploy your agent anywhere — share a link, generate a QR code, or embed it directly on your website.

Every agent has two ways to reach visitors — a public share link and an embed on your own site. Both live in the agent's Share tab, split across three sub-tabs: Link for the public URL, QR code and visitor experience, Embed for putting the widget on your website, and Campaigns for trackable links.

Visitor Experience

Configure how the agent greets and qualifies visitors. These settings apply to the public share link and to every embed.

Require Name and Email

Visitors must enter their name and email before the conversation starts. Use this when you want a hard gate before any engagement.

Collect Lead Early

When the hard gate is off, the agent proactively shows a name and email form early in the conversation rather than waiting until gated content is reached. Recommended for most deployments. Turning one of these on turns the other off — together they would prompt the visitor twice.

Call-to-Action Button

A button shown as the conversation wraps up — a booking link, demo request, or any next step. Set the button text and destination URL.

Embedding on Your Website

Add your agent to any webpage in four formats. Pick a format, style it, and copy the snippet — your theme and branding carry across all four, and the preview beside the settings is the real widget, not a mock-up. Advanced options let you set an opening greeting, the stacking order, the container selector, and single-page-app mode.

Popup Widget

A chat button that sits in the corner of your page and expands when clicked. Configure the theme (Light, Dark, System, or Custom), button color, position (bottom right or bottom left), and widget dimensions.

Side Panel

A tab on the right or left edge of the page opens a full-height panel there, with room for a live avatar. During a call, slides and media open large beside it, and visitors can minimize the call to a small video tile while the agent keeps talking. Configure the side, width, and whether the page makes room for the panel.

Inline Embed

Renders the agent directly in your page as part of the content layout. Configure the theme and minimum height. Requires a container div in your HTML.

iFrame

Embed using a standard HTML iFrame. No external scripts required. Best for third-party platforms or environments where JavaScript embeds are restricted.

Installing with an AI Editor

If your website lives in a code repository, use Copy prompt for AI editor instead of copying the raw snippet. It produces a complete instruction set for Claude Code, Cursor, or any similar tool working in your repo — built from the settings currently on screen, so it always matches the format and styling you picked.

The prompt deliberately starts by asking you questions — which pages the widget belongs on, which pages it must stay off, and what your site is built with — and waits for your answers before touching a file. It then finds your shared layout, inserts the snippet once, and verifies the result rather than assuming it worked.

Website and Page Interaction

Found at the bottom of the Embed sub-tab. Enter your website URL and click Scan Website to discover all accessible pages. Enable Page Interaction to allow the agent to highlight elements and navigate the host page during conversations. Save your website settings after configuring.
